Summer 2026 Training

Summer Private Training Sessions (1 on 1) & Semi-Privates (2-4 athletes) 

Private Cost $50, Semi-Private Cost $30/athlete. 

- I am flexible with location however this is on a first come, first serve basis. If an athlete has booked a lesson at Falmouth High School from 9-10am I cannot coach you at Mashpee High School at 10am. Please keep this in mind if I do reach out to you it’s not to inconvenience you it’s because I cannot be in two places at once! Thank you for your understanding in advance.​

2026 Summer Speed, Agility & Conditioning 

- Improve your speed, agility and endurance this Summer with a 60 minute high intensity training session. Athletes will challenge one another in speed drills, fast change of direction, ladder drills, and more. Each training session will also include mid and/or long distance running.

**Wear sneakers & Bring Water

• Age: CO-ED 4th grade - UP (This will be a high level training session and will be catered towards each individual)

• Sport: All Sports

• Cost: $15

• Dates: Tuesday's (6/30, 7/7, 7/14, 7/21, 7/28, 8/4)

• Time: 8:30am-9:30am

2026 Summer Skills Groups (6 sessions / $30 per session) - pay in full up front: $180 

- Groups: 2-6 Athletes

-6 Total Sessions begin Week of July 2-
